Our staff generally work in crews of three: a crew leader and two crew members. Production staff includes both year-round, salaried employees and hourly seasonal employees. The heaviest demand for our client services runs from Mid-March through Mid-December. We offer several client services throughout the winter and keep a core staff to meet those needs.
